FIRST STAGE MACHINING

First stage machining capabilities utilize both conventional and CNC machinery. Our resources worldwide offer capacities up to 1370mm/53.9" work piece diameter and work piece weight up to 10000kg/1574.73st. Our aim is to provide improved product integrity by machining to a near net shape prior to heat treatment. This gives:

  • Components with uniformed and metallurgical properties close to the given size
  • Reduces finished machining costs

DEEP HOLE BORING

Global investment in the latest technologies and tooling enables to offer excellent deep hole boring services with a capacity up to 254mm/10" diameter bore and 10007mm/394" length.

As a result, we are able to machine a wide product range using solid, counter and pull boring techniques as well as offering skiving and honing as finishing processes.
